Road Striping Halloween Mug: a hand-drawn rat mug about running on caffeine. No stock art, no clip art — the character was drawn from scratch for this design. As the listing puts it: “The print is designed to retain its quality and luster through normal microwave and dishwasher use.”
Who the Road Striping Halloween Mug is for
This one is aimed squarely at the person who measures their day in cups. It sits in the Halloween part of the collection, alongside the other designs about running on caffeine.
Wearing and using it
Porcelain, everyday size, and the sort of thing that outlasts most gifts because it never needs storing.
As a gift
The reason this lands as a gift: it isn't a joke about the person, it's a joke they're already in on about running on caffeine.
From the listing
Made for road striping crews, line painters and road workers who love Halloween, this 10 oz porcelain mug features a chaotic grey rat in a safety vest painting a ghost-filled BOO design. A fun road striping Halloween mug and memorable line painter gift for the crew.
Meet the unofficial member of the Striping Boo Crew. This scruffy grey rat comes prepared with a reflective safety vest, paint roller and bucket while turning the job site into a Halloween scene filled with ghosts, paint splashes and oversized purple BOO lettering.
The chaotic storybook-inspired artwork combines vintage ink character, watercolor textures and road crew humor for a mug that feels unusual, slightly unhinged and made for people who know their striping lines.
Perfect as a Halloween gift for a line painter, road striping worker, pavement marking crew member, road maintenance worker, painter, construction coworker or striping crew supervisor. A fun choice for morning coffee at work, break-room drinks, Halloween crew gifts, coworker surprises or an everyday coffee mug for someone in the trade.
